Mozambican are protesting at Brazil-owned Vale coal mine because of the compensation deal that they should receive were not met, this kind of arrangement are labeled as share economy because of the employee compensation is tied to company performance through profit sharing. They are an organization of employees and workers of a company, occupation, or branch that comes together for the purpose of affecting conditions of work and pay, this is known as a labor union, and because the workers are still not satisfied with the payment that they get, that is the reason why they are protesting.
