This project, which is to generate electricity for the Mozambican people that are living in the villages around the country. This is a kind of efficiency for the country, which the factors of production that are combined to produce output using available technology that they have. This could be a public goods, because they could generate street lights to benefit the people that are living in the villages. Sasol objective in Mozambique is to make production on fossil fuel for the first time in Southern African country. With this oil production, it will be the initial conditions of the country  because of the discovery of oil resources that are being utilize for the first time.
